Kapil Raj Kumar is a confident human, who strongly believes that “Success is often achieved by those
who don’t know that failure is inevitable”. For the past 31 years, he had soared to amazing heights of
success in his business of financial consultancy. Starting as a young Sales Executive at the age of 17, he
gauged & imbibed the best of sales traits, which after a span of 3 years, he tactfully applied to his first
business venture as a proprietor. Then there was no halt or looking back. Each year it was full of
learning and applying improvised skills to experience growth and fame. Having started with one
enterprise, grew it to 3 ventures soon and these all were associated for delivery with all the major Banks
& Financial institutions of India.

From sales to sales management to operations or operations management, even in managing client
relations, or being a team leader while being a trainer to a team of 15 resources, there was no such side
of the business that Kapil has not explored & delivered to. There was a rich client base he used to serve
and thus facilitated their growth. To name a few major giants here Neolite (ZKW) Lightings Pvt. Ltd.,
Jaycee Auto Fab Pvt. Ltd., RNG Packagings Pvt. Ltd., Deveuro Paper Products LLP etc. are to name few of
them.

While ensuring his financial growth, he extended the business for multiple banks & financial institutions.
Each year he bagged many awards as an achiever for the various contests launched by the banks like
Deutsche Bank, Standard Chartered Bank, Development Bank of Singapore, CITI Bank, HDFC Bank etc.
Kapil proved to be a resourceful and top-of-the-line Associate.

In December 2023, Kapil Raj Kumar embarked on an exciting new venture in Canada by partnering with
City Wide Facility Solutions, securing the franchise for the Peel region in Ontario. City Wide is a
renowned management company in the building maintenance industry, specializing in serving
commercial, industrial, and warehousing properties. With a focus on delivering seamless facility
management solutions, Kapil and his team oversee the coordination and execution of 30+ essential
building maintenance services under one roof.

From Janitorial services, Landscaping, and Snow removal to HVAC maintenance, Electrical work,
Plumbing, and Parking lot maintenance, the company provides a one-stop solution for property
managers and business owners looking for a reliable, efficient, and cost-effective approach to facility
upkeep. Kapil’s expertise in resource management, operations, and client relations ensures that
businesses receive top-tier services with a single point of contact, simplifying their maintenance needs.
With a strong commitment to quality and customer satisfaction, Kapil is dedicated to growing City Wide
Facility Solutions – Peel, building long-term relationships, and making a significant impact in the facility
management industry across the region.

On the personal front, he had been a dedicated health-oriented human, challenging himself to
reach the weight target of 90kgs from a massive size of 129Kgs in a span of 4 years. Whenever he
was posed to challenge himself against any odd habit or trait, he with his strong willpower
proved a victorious warrior. Be it quitting smoking, achieving weight loss, or transforming
into an athlete/runner, he was victorious each time. Kapil is an active player for the Table
Tennis team at Saket Sports Complex. Travelling, reading, sports or stock analysis, is what keeps
him occupied during his leisure time. Kapil had been an active member of various renowned
clubs & associations in India. To list a few he has been a freemason as a part of the Masonic
Fraternity of New Delhi India, Active member of the Red Cross Society and Rotary. And is also a part of Business Networking International where he worked and contributed to giving back to society as well.

Kapil is married to Ruchi, who actively supports him in his business. Their son, Adhiraj, is currently
pursuing Business Economics at York University. They reside in Burlington with their adorable
Chihuahua, Yuvi (Yuvraj). Kapil finds strength and inspiration in his family, including his mother, wife,
and son, who are his backbone, along with the divine power he remains spiritually connected to.
